Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Insurance Manager to oversee our heavy-duty truck inspection protocols. You will be responsible for ensuring all fleet units meet safety standards and industry compliance. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical inspections and risk management to maintain our high standard of vehicle reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive quality assurance or fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and local transport safety regulations.
• Proficiency in diagnostic software and fleet maintenance tracking tools.
• Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized quality inspection checklists for all truck models.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and internal insurance policies.
• Lead a team of junior inspectors to conduct routine and random vehicle audits.
• Analyze failure data to identify recurring mechanical issues and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure timely repairs of flagged units.
